The concert's hour-long performances are at 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (same program). There will be an artist reception at 4:00 PM. Attendees from both the 3:00 and 5:00 shows are invited to meet the musicians at this reception.
A free shuttle service will be provided to and from the parking lot for anyone who might need it. It will run approximately every 20 minutes.
The Observatory is at an elevation of 5,700 feet, with stairs and pathways that are not accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
